You want to be known as the manager who develops and promotes your people? What 1-2 actions contribute to creating that reputation? What actions risk diminishing that reputation?
You want to lead with greater patience and curiosity as you drink through a fire hose of change? What 1-2 actions will contribute to enabling your patience and open mind? What 1-2 actions will be counterproductive to your goal?
Solidify your vision, and clarify your actions.
