The Challenge
I just had my mid-year review with my Director and the feedback I got is that I can be too direct and it can be off-putting for people.
I’m struggling with this because no one seems to want to hold others in the business accountable, but when I ask where things are or express worry when we’re off track, it feels like I’m now getting dinged on my review.
